For those attending the MASTP for the 1st time you may be interested in the area.
It is about 2 miles to walk around the Sugar Bowl and Castle Island.
Excellent Hot Dogs at Sullivan's, on the Island.

Equipment
Most of the equipment used by the Satellite Program can be ordered at their web site. They usually deliver equipment in stock quickly.

Jump Rope
Be sure to bring your jump rope to all on and off ice sessions. Remember to measure the rope properly by standing on the middle of the rope, both ends should pull up comfortably under your armpits. All college teams use jump ropes in their training aa well as many high schools. So practice at home.

Optional Workouts
Even if you signed up for a site you are still welcome at any of the other sites, either to make -up a missed session or if you would just like to attend for extra work. As mentioned at Noble & Greenough, they have requested that no cars arrive prior to 5:30 or so.
